This salve takes wildcrafted dried creosote (Larrea Tridentata) and infuses the plant in olive oil for 6-8 weeks in a solar infusion- a process that allows the components of the plant to emerge in the finished herbal oil infusion, and blends it with unrefined raw beeswax and vitamin e.

The scent of the desert after a rain, is a mild, pleasant smell that distinctly conveys a sense of place, to those that have smelled it before.

I harvest the creosote from my property in Tucson, AZ. The Creosote Bush (also known as the greasewood plant) is a plant found in the desert Southwest.

This is a 2 oz jar of salve.
