One of my favorite blends! Soothing Lavender is blended with Tea Tree and Dead Sea Mud to create a gently cleaning all natural bar, perfect for the face and troubled skin, but also lovely on all skin types and all over the body. This is a special soap with such a lovely scent. The Lavender blends so nicely with the Tea Tree.

All my soaps are made with skin loving, luxurious plant based oils, mineral rich clays and provide a rich creamy lather that your skin will love. The cold-process soap method naturally produces glycerin, which allows skin to absorb moisture more readily.
All of the soap that I make is moisture rich, due to "superfatting" which essentially means that each batch is made with an additional helping of nourishing plant butters and oils. By adding these additional fats into the soap making process, my soaps maintain more nutritive properties throughout the soap-making process. This means your skin will receive an extra dose of moisture while cleansing, keeping your skin soft and supple.

Mineral rich Dead Sea Mud has many purported benefits. With hydrating and firming properties, Dead Sea Mud soothes itchiness and inflammation as well as symptoms of skin ailments such as dryness, acne, eczema, and psoriasis. It is also said to enhance skin elasticity, reduces the appearance of pores, and smooths the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Hemp seed oil is reputed to refresh, revive, and strengthen the skin with its emollience. It is believed to even out the complexion with toning properties that promote the clearing of conditions such as acne and eczema, thereby enhancing skin’s texture and appearance. Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants Hemp Seed Oil is known to help maintain skin’s clarity and brightness for a radiant complexion that looks and feels rejuvenated.

Always keep your soap in a place free of pooling water and on a well-draining soap dish to get the longest life from your soap. If it is allowed to sit in water, it will begin to soften and melt away before your full enjoyment.

Everything in my shop is made by hand by me, in Tucson AZ. I make everything in small batches so no two will ever be the same. Because of the nature of handmade goods, you may find slight variations of color or design in an individual bar of soap or other handmade item that I offer. This adds to the unique and beautiful nature of handcrafted, small batch soaps. Our batches are made using controlled amounts of each ingredient in our proprietary recipes and blends to ensure quality and consistency, from batch to batch. This will cause unique variations in each soap and handmade good batch to batch-but that is part of the fun of handmade creations! We hope you appreciate this, too.

I use Cold Process soap making methods and each batch is left to cure a minimum of 4-6 weeks before sale, so that the soap has had enough time to become a harder, longer lasting bar. I pick each set of ingredients specifically for each batch of soap, nothing is pre-made, and no preservatives or detergents are used. I hand mix and blend all the ingredients myself.
