Palo Verde is made with gently detoxifying Sea Clay and Yellow Clay and a house made essential blend of coriander, palmarosa, lime, lavender, and amyris - it’s divine!! So fresh!!

I hope everyone loves it as much as I do! The lather was out of this world, and the smell of the essential oil blend just made me want to stay in the shower.

The story of how I came up with the name of this soap: ✨ her name is Palo Verde, after one of our more well-known trees, here in the Sonoran desert, where I live. This tree is so unique and lovely in that it has a green smooth bark, so it can photosynthesize throughout its entire body, not having to depend on leaves. It has very fine flat tiny leaves when it is leaving and is filled with beautiful yellow blooms that will start to emerge in early spring. Unfortunately, a lot of people are allergic to the Palo Verde blooms so their beautiful yellow bloom is both a blessing and a curse….but few will deny their beauty! In homage to the tree, it has both yellow and green clays poured over a white base, accented with a thin line of gold mica.

All my soaps are made with skin loving, luxurious plant based oils, mineral rich clays and provide a rich creamy lather that your skin will love.

Bars are hand cut and weigh an average of 5 oz’s. Each batch is hand made and will vary batch to batch.

Everything in my shop is made by hand by me, in Tucson AZ. I make everything in small batches so no two will ever be the same. Because of the nature of handmade goods, you may find slight variations of color or design in an individual bar of soap or other handmade item that I offer. This adds to the unique and beautiful nature of handcrafted, small batch soaps. Our batches are made using controlled amounts of each ingredient in our proprietary recipes and blends to ensure quality and consistency, from batch to batch. This will cause unique variations in each soap and handmade good batch to batch-but that is part of the fun of handmade creations! We hope you appreciate this, too.


I use Cold Process soap making methods and each batch is left to cure a minimum of 4-6 weeks before sale, so that the soap has had enough time to become a harder, longer lasting bar. I pick each set of ingredients specifically for each batch of soap, nothing is pre-made, and no preservatives or detergents are used. I hand mix and blend all the ingredients myself.
